Back és Rosta Kft. Brings a Unique Exhibition from China to Hungary

On March 21, 2025, the temporary exhibition Let the Citterns Ring Merrily! at the Museum of Ethnography was enriched with ancient Chinese musical instruments. The exhibition, titled The Sound of Nature and the Human Soul from China – The Guqin Collection of the Three Gorges Museum in Chongqing, China, in Hungary, showcases exceptionally valuable instruments, some of which are up to a thousand years old.

The insurance value of the ten artifacts arriving in Budapest amounts to 3.2 billion forints. Back és Rosta Kft. acted as an intermediary in the preparation and organization of the exhibition.

These invaluable musical instruments are displayed in a separate hall and can be viewed in connection with the Let the Citterns Ring Merrily! exhibition at the Museum of Ethnography until June 29, 2025.
